{"id":10411,"date":"2017-02-12T20:32:49","date_gmt":"2017-02-12T20:32:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ntbc.org.uk\/?p=10411"},"modified":"2017-02-13T21:25:43","modified_gmt":"2017-02-13T21:25:43","slug":"north-tyneside-12th-february-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ntbc.org.uk\/?p=10411","title":{"rendered":"North Tyneside &#8211; 12th February 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I started at St. Mary&#8217;s checking the wetland which only provided Gadwall out of the ordinary, so I went up to check the standing stone field at Old Hartley and to my surprise, found a stunning drake <strong>Pintail<\/strong> with 8 Mallards, albeit briefly when they all flew East towards St. Mary&#8217;s, and ended up on the wetland. Also 3 Great Crested Grebes, Oystercatcher and 30+ Goldeneye, mainly drakes.<\/p>\n<a at Howdon Wetlands with 250 Teal (some showing very well close to the hide), 5 Black-tailed Godwits and 10 Stock Doves around the feeders.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Jack
