There were 53 great black-backed gulls (a single juvenile), a lone immature drake eider and almost two hundred black-headed gulls. Several oystercatchers walked the rocks. There must have been two or three swallows passing through, although only one was seen \u2013 others were heard. A skylark called overhead as did several passage pipits (most likely meadow pipits). No terns were seen again \u2013 where are they?
